Deposits:

    We require a $300 deposit to hold the puppy of your choice once chosen. We start excepting deposits at two weeks of age (unless stated otherwise). The deposit well hold your puppy until eight weeks of age at which time the puppy must be paid in full. If the Buyer backs out before the puppy is paid in full or is no longer able to complete the purchase, the puppy is forfeited to the Breeder and the sale is terminated. No Cash Refunds well be given for any reason. We accept PayPal, Cash, CASHApp, and Moneygram for deposits. Paypal users will have an added 3.1% to your transaction due to fees. The remaining balance after the deposit is due at pick-up and must be paid in cash.

    Puppies/Adult Dogs over eight weeks of age must be paid in full at pick-up unless other arrangements are made.

    All Puppies/Adult Dogs sold on AKC/CKC Limited Registration well only be sold on a Spay & Neuter Contract NO EXCEPTIONS. And Registration well not be given until proof of Spay/Neuter has been received. Puppy must be Spayed/Neutered by twenty-four months of age but no sooner than 12 months of age.

    Show & Breeding puppies well be sold on AKC/CKC Full Registration to approved homes with Co-Ownership unless other arrangements are made.

    All puppies/dogs must be registered with Eris' Or Eris' Legendary Danes at the beginning/end or their AKC/CKC Registered title name at the time of Registration. All puppies/dogs must be registered (unless stated otherwise) NO EXCEPTIONS.

    All puppies/dogs also go on a Purchase/Return Contract NO EXCEPTIONS. We feel responsible for all of the puppies/dogs that leave our care for the entirety of their lives so we want to insure that they are always in an environment that is productive and good for them.

 

Discounts:

    Select Puppies may be available for Co-Own at a discounted price, as well as Mis-Marked Puppies. We also offer a 10% discount to Military Active/Retired as well as Return Puppy Parents (What greater compliment than coming back to us for another Fur-Baby).

 

Payment Plan:

    We do offer a  Payment Plan option. Payment Plans may vary depending on the price of the puppy with this option you also have an extended period to insure your puppy is paid in full.

Pricing & Fees:

    Pricing may vary per Puppy/Adult Dog and is determined by Color, Gender, and Registration. Ear cropping is available for an additional $300 and done at eight weeks of age (Bulldogs Excluded). Shipping/Delivery at your expense (the application process may be more extensive for those who do not meet us personally).
